Key Rental Info:
✅ Business hours only – Collection & return must be during our shop hours (no Sundays or public holidays).
✅ Booking requirement – Rental fee must be paid in advance to secure the booking.
✅ Security deposit – The security deposit will be taken upon collection and returned when the bike is brought back undamaged. The security deposit remains the same regardless of rental period. Deposit can be paid by cash or debit card.
✅ Extras included – Rental comes with a repair kit, pump,rear panniers and helmet.
✅ Cancellations:
- 90% refund (4+ weeks’ notice)
- 50% refund (1–3 weeks’ notice)
- 10% refund (less than 1 week)
